“Homes For All Newark, a grassroots housing justice organization, filed a lawsuit to halt the proposed Iberia II Realty Urban Renewal LLC development, warning that the massive 26–30-story towers pose an immediate threat to the health, safety, and potential displacement of the Ironbound community. “
